'Frank Jones & The Whole Town'

'Frank Jones & The Whole Town' was a neat outfit playing inner city pubs in Melbourne around 1887, featuring the songs of Frank. Frank on guitar and vocals, Tony Hargreaves on bass (Tony played keys in Frank's first band the 'Mommba Victims' in the early '80s. These recordings were done on a TEAC 4 track tape recorder in Frank's kitchen in Brunswick, using two Tandy PZM microphones.

Most of the instuments were recorded live, with the exception of 'Laundromat' which I put a lead solo on at home. The vocals were done at Frank's in the same fashion on the other two tracks.
